Completely money minded. The doctors are worst in terms of diagnosing the disease. So, don't admit here if it is a critical case. They make it complicated and simply keep the patient in ICU to loot money mainly by writing medicines which cost tens of thousands of rupees everyday. Their only goal is to get as much money as possible from a patient rather than curing quickly. They charge heavily and then give some discount on the final bill as eye washing. All decisions are unilaterally taken by the ICU doctor instead of consulting appropriate specialists. Everything is instructed to duty doctors from Mysore and they literally don't have any clue on patient condition.

Worst worst worst ever hospital in mandya city they looted money of village people simply got admission nicely and after they make billing like how they want in all the prices are too high cleanness and service is also not good for the price they charged . Plz dont ever visit again mandya people you will find other better hospital in mysore what they charged here dont got admitt here mandya ns

In Mandya there are only few 24/7 private hospitals, I would say DRM is a lifeline for the ones who are looking for admission to the hospital for emergency purposes. DRM has to upgrade standards ICU rooms, Special wards, General wards to meet the standards of the other quality hospitals. The staff and doctors were very helpful and friendly. Pharmacy and other lab facilities are available 24/7

My experience at this hospital was deeply disappointing. The staff displayed rude behaviour. This lack of professionalism and adherence to standards was concerning and left a negative impression. It seems their primary focus is on making money rather than patient care.

Few Key points from our recent Experience:- Not focussed on the actual identification of the health issues and communicate to the patients or the patient attendees.- No concrete responses when questioned about the medications given.- When enquired the general ward patients, it was stated as doctors are least bothered about the general ward to be visited.- Rudeness with some of the staff (lab tech, medicals) which is unacceptable.- After a week time, it was told that the patient is to be moved to Mysore Hospital for a CT scan. Which we agreed to and immediately moved. But it was a different story all together in Mysore.- When a patient visits for a reason, instead of treating them for the reason, they come with other set of things which are not at all required.Overall the experience was disappointing with the focus more on "Money making" than focus on health.
